Your choice in data destruction
We offer a range of data destruction options, our usual options include:
- Software erasing - using formatting programs that format the drive then write over it several times ensures your important data is gone.
- Physical destruction, some prefer a physical destruction of drives, a solid and secure choice, we generally also do this for smaller or failed drives also.
- Removal of storage devices - we can also remove all storage devices on site and leave them with you.
What we cant take:
Unfortunately there are a few things we cant currently take, due to constraints, we can take most things except large tv's and large printers/photocopiers.
What happens with your old equipment
After pickup and data removal, all items are checked for possible refurbishing, repair or scrap, sometimes your better off repairing an item that already exists than buying a new one, thats the ultimate in recycling.
Obviously not every item gets a happy ending. Items that are deemed too outdated or damaged are disassembled and recycled accordingly.
